More than 90,000 Belgian companies, self-employed persons, non-profit organisations and government institutions already enjoy the extensive bizili licence coverage. In addition, Reprobel has concluded specific bizili framework agreements with more than 65 sector federations in virtually all professional sectors.
Sector agreements
If you have received a promotional code from your sector organisation, you will receive an attractive discount on the bizili rate. Enter the promotional code when submitting your portal declaration, and the sectoral discount will be immediately deducted from your invoice. Please note: these sectoral promotional codes only work for bizili by Reprobel with additional digital coverage, and not for a more limited reprography fee for (exclusively) paper reproductions.
Are you a member of a sector federation or professional association with a central payment arrangement for bizili by Reprobel?
You don’t even need to do anything. Reprobel will no longer send you an annual invoice, because everything has been paid centrally for the reference year of the sector agreement. If this does happen in exceptional cases, please report it via the contact form and we will rectify it immediately.
Local authorities and accredited public libraries
Specific bizili by Reprobel agreements apply to local authorities and recognised public libraries. Public libraries must also pay the statutory remuneration for public lending rights to Reprobel. Recognised educational and research institutions are not covered by bizili by Reprobel but pay a specific statutory fee.
