How do I arrange bizili by Reprobel?
Reprobel writes to self-employed persons, SMEs and smaller government institutions or non-profit organisations in the first quarter of each year to request their annual declaration to Reprobel. In the declaration request, you will find your individual login for the portal declaration. On Reprobel’s declaration portal, select bizili by Reprobel. We have already filled in your details as much as possible in advance, so that the portal declaration can be completed in just a few clicks.
If you have received a bizili promo code from your sector organisation, enter it when completing your portal declaration. The discount will be immediately deducted from your invoice.
Unlike a limited reprography declaration for paper reproductions, you pay bizili by Reprobel for the current reference year that corresponds to the declaration year. This makes sense, as it is a largely digital licence based on your workforce, so you no longer have to record the meter readings of your reproduction equipment for the past reference year. That’s a lot less administrative hassle. Of course, you also want to be fully covered for the year of your declaration, and not for the past.
If you are a large company, non-profit organisation or government institution (with more than 100 employees and/or civil servants on Belgian territory), you can conclude a group agreement on bizili by Reprobel with Reprobel. This convenient agreement then replaces the individual portal declarations for each separate company number. Bizili by Reprobel has almost complete market coverage among the top 500 Belgian companies and in the public sector (from federal to local).

Reprobel has already concluded more than 65 sectoral agreements on bizili by Reprobel in almost all professional sectors. These framework agreements come in two types: sector agreements with a central payment for all members of the sector federation (or professional association); and sector agreements with a specific promo code that subscribing members can use to obtain a discount on the bizili licence fee in the context of their individual portal declaration.

The bizili licence rates are set for three reference years at a time so that they are predictable and budgetable. For the period 2026-2028, the annual fees are on average 7% higher than for the previous period 2023-2025 to take into account the price evolution of the source works in the licence and general inflation.
Sectoral or individual discounts
If you are a member of a sector federation with a bizili promo code or if you are a large company/institution entering into a group agreement with Reprobel for bizili, you may be eligible for a discount on the bizili licence price. For sectoral promo codes, your sector organisation will provide you with more information.
If you are signing up for bizili by Reprobel for the first time, Reprobel will give you an attractive additional discount. To do so, you must use the specific BIZIFIRST promotional code that Reprobel will provide you with in the declaration request, and not the promotional code from your sector organisation.
Tariff basis and control
The bizili by Reprobel tariffs are checked in advance by the Control Service for Management Companies at the FPS Economy (Article XI.272 of the Economic Law Code). Our licence rates are based on an objective and reasonable surcharge for digital reuse on top of the standard rates for photocopies laid down by Ministerial Decree.
Sector agreements
If you have received a promotional code from your sector organisation, you will receive an attractive discount on the bizili rate. Enter the promotional code when submitting your portal declaration, and the sectoral discount will be immediately deducted from your invoice. Please note: these sectoral promotional codes only work for bizili by Reprobel with additional digital coverage, and not for a more limited reprography fee for (exclusively) paper reproductions.
